Why is break-even above my buy price?
Fees raise your real cost. You must clear both the buy and sell fee before a trade is flat, not just the entry price.
Can I use this for limit orders?
Yes. Set a sell limit at or above the break-even price so you never exit a trade at a loss from fees alone.
